We at Perron038 agree. What needs to be done? The intake and through-flow in technical education must be greatly increased. To do so, we need to structurally reorganise education but also the connection to the working environment afterwards, with more room for diversity, accessibility, learning and working together and promoting retraining. This education of the future is shaped in learning communities,learning communities, attractive hybrid learning environments for innovation where courses work and learn together.
Industrial Robotics Learning Community
Perron038 is part of the Industrial Robotics Learning Community together with AWL, Fieldlab Industrial Robotics and Windesheim University of Applied Sciences. We work on the factory of the future as well as on lifelong learning. How do we do this? You’ll find out in the video below.
